Delivery and Returns Information
Orders can be placed by Telephone, Fax, e-mail or via this web site by secure payments. Our current lead time is 10 weeks from date of order but can be more at busy times. We will always try and accommodate you if your order is urgent.
Due to the current covid crisis and extreme shortage of raw materials (wood) and unprecedented demand for our buildings, our current lead time is approx 8-10 weeks.
We accept payment by cheque, credit card, and cash.
Our online payments are processed by Sage Pay
All units are shipped fully assembled or Flat Packed with full assembly instructions on Pallets.Smaller items are shipped via carriers.
Under normal circumstances your order will be delivered on an 18t vehicle with a tail-lift the driver will unload your order with a pallet pump truck and place it where you request where possible. They will not remove items from the pallet.
The vehicle requires clearances of 3M (10ft) in width and 5m (17ft) in height to access your property (this includes overhanging branches etc). If you have an extremely narrow road or difficult access, we recommend calling us beforehand to check if we can deliver to your home.
If unsure, please contact us to discuss further. Normally on smooth, flat locations or driveways the driver can unload and push your pallet right in to your garage however this is not guaranteed due to public liability and health and safety policies your local haulier may have in place.
The drivers are not authorised to touch or unload any of your items from the pallet itself, nor can they take the pallet away.
Please note we only 100% guarantee kerbside delivery – if delivery is refused on the basis that the driver states delivery can only be made kerbside and you deem that unsuitable, we can refund and return your order however all costs incurred in delivering and returning the order would be deducted from your total refund. This also applies if there isn’t adequate width and height clearances and the driver is unable to access your property or perform a kerbside delivery due to any restrictions or limitations. If your delivery has been booked in and you are not there or you refuse the delivery and ask for a different day you will be charged for the addtional delivery or return to ourselves.
Delivery is extra. The charge is dependant on post code area. Alternatively units can be picked up from our workshop or you can arrange your own transport.
If you have placed your order via our web site you will be sent an email to let you know your order has been dispatched. Our hauliers will contact you prior to delivery to arrange delivery. None of our large units will be delivered without our transport company speaking to you first, to book the delivery.
Delivery times vary according to the time of year and how busy we are. Our current leadtime is 6-8 weeks from date of order but can be more at busy times. All our units are hand made to order.
We do offer a bespoke build service. We pride ourselves in being able to manufacture most things. All of our units can be modified in any way to suit your requirements, there is usually no charge for this unless you want a specific unit made to a bigger or smaller size.
Returns and refunds.
Any damage to the products or missing parts must be reported within 3 days of receipt for us to rectify the problem. After this time we have no recourse action with our carriers.
You have up to 14 days if you decide that the product is not what you require, to return the product to ourselves. Return costs must be met by the customer. A refund will be issued if the product is found to be in the same condition as it was shipped from ourselves within 30 days of reciept.
